Use:
Apply generously to dry or wet skin from a distance of at most 5 cm from the skin and 30 minutes before sun exposure. Spread the product uniformly after application until it is completely absorbed.
Reapply every 2 hours, to either wet or dry skin, or after sweating, swimming or drying off with a towel.
